PASTA FAGOILI

PASTA FAGOILI

-1 lb navy or great northern beans, cook & salt until tender
-2 cups of cooked pasta (Ditalini)
-Saute 1 med white onion, 6 cloves of garlic, in olive oil and add to beans
-Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes wtih garlic & basil
-Add chopped parsley at the end
-Salt & Pepper to taste
