Black bean dip or bean burrito.
2 cans of black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 bulb of fresh garlic finely chopped.
1/2 onion red or white
2 freshly chopped jalepeno (or habenero)
2 cans or fresh (drained) diced tomatoes
Fresh cilantro chopped
Splash of lime juice
Put in frig and eat the next day. Roll in tortilla, Or use as a dip, may add corn (drain).
I think I will make black bean burritos next week. This looks incredibly fresh and delicious!
