Fruity, Nutty Spinach Salad
A simple salad in minutes
Serves: 2
3 cups baby spinach, fresh
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup roasted almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 1/2 teaspoons evaporated cane juice crystals
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinegar, agave and sugar; shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
